Bilingual Samurai ("the App") is developed by Rock castle Solutions ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles when you play it. We built Bilingual Samurai to be a simple, focused word game — it does not display ads, and we do not use any third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.
The App itself does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to us. Gameplay data — such as your current stage, score, and settings — is stored only on your device and is not sent to our servers, because we don't operate any.

If you choose to sign in, the App uses Apple's Game Center to let you submit your best score to a global leaderboard. Authentication and leaderboard data are handled entirely by Apple, under Apple's own Privacy Policy. We only receive your score and, if authenticated, your Game Center player identifier at the moment you submit a score — we do not store this information ourselves.
Bilingual Samurai offers a single, one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase to unlock additional stages. All purchases are processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We never see or store your payment card details, billing address, or any other payment information — that is handled by Apple in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Bilingual Samurai is suitable for a general audience, including children, and is designed with privacy in mind: it does not collect personal information, does not show ads, and does not include any social features beyond Apple's own Game Center. Because Game Center is an Apple service, its own age requirements and privacy protections apply to any player who chooses to sign in.
Since we do not collect or store personal data on our own servers, there is no account data for us to retain or delete. Gameplay progress saved locally on your device can be removed at any time by deleting the App. Game Center data is managed through your Apple ID and can be controlled from your device's Settings app.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example to reflect new features or legal requirements. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
