These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Bilingual Samurai mobile application ("the App"), provided by Rock castle Solutions ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
Bilingual Samurai offers a free trial (the first stage) and a single one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase to unlock the remaining stages. There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges.
All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store, and are subject to Apple's own terms and refund policies. We do not process payments ourselves and cannot directly issue refunds — refund requests should be made through reportaproblem.apple.com or your Apple ID purchase history.
Bilingual Samurai is designed to be suitable for a general audience. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian before making any in-app purchase, and any purchases should be made with the consent and involvement of a parent or guardian.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rock castle Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may suspend or terminate your license to use the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App, and delete it from your device, at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the App or for legal reasons. Continued use of the App after any changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
These Terms are governed by applicable local law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where superseded by mandatory consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction.
